East of Patna Railway Station, 3 K.M. South East of ISBT, Patna & 4 K.M. From Jay Prakash Narayan International Airport, Patna.
The college was established in 1970 in the name of Late Bhuwaneshwari Dayal, an eminent teacher who was dedicated for the development of education. Initially the college was started as an Evening College to impart education to employed persons who are willing to study further.
